HOW MUCH TIME WILL MY REQUEST BE DELIVERED?

> Our orders are served every business day at 08:00 a.m. and will be served in 24-72 hours* in Peninsular territory and Portugal. In the rest of the territories, it will be served within a period of 3-7 days*, depending on the country.

> The transport company will send you an email with the tracking number of the package.

> Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

> In the event that Vidorreta cannot meet these deadlines due to an unexpected stock outage, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this circumstance and give you the best possible solution, either the confirmation of a new date of service, exchange for another model and/or color or cancellation of the order with its corresponding refund of the amount paid.

*Vidorreta is not responsible for any delay once the package has been delivered to the carrier, although it will do everything in its power to resolve the incident as soon as possible.


HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

> For shipments to the entire Peninsula: free shipping except masks.

> For shipments to Europe*: free shipping except masks.

> For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: shipments €12.50 (orders over €150 free shipping)*.

> For shipments to all of America*: free shipping .

*Vidorreta is not responsible for any fees and/or taxes that may apply in each country, Islands or others (including customs).


HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER OR CHANGE SIZE? WHAT IF A DEFECT APPEARS AFTER ITS USE? > To return your order or request a size change*, you have 14 days from receipt of the order. After these 14 days returns are not accepted. > In the event of a defect** (after use) you must notify us as soon as possible. We will send our logistics to pick it up, it will be repaired and sent back to you as soon as possible so that you can continue enjoying your Vidorreta. If we cannot repair it, we will refund the amount of the order. Changes will not be accepted or we will not make repairs due to misuse of the product. > It is essential that the merchandise is in perfect condition and with its original box/packaging in order to return an item, otherwise the return could be rejected. > To make the return you must: 1st. Enter the invoice in the box indicating the reason for return in the lower section. If you want a size change please indicate it. 2nd. Close and pack the box to be returned. 3rd. Paste the return label that we have sent you along with your Vidorreta. 4th. Return for free (just Spain) by delivering to any DHL service point near you by locating it at https://parcelshopfinder.dhlparcel.com *Only one free return for size change is allowed, just in Peninsula or Portugal. **The defective pair will be collected during the first 30 days after purchase. After these 30 days, the customer will bear the cost and will send the pair back to our facilities, and will pick it up once it has been repaired, provided that the product is under warranty.


DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR MY RETURN? > Returns in Vidorreta are free* in the Peninsula and Portugal, always within the first 14 days after receipt of the order. > Returns/changes that occur from outside these territories, the transport will be paid by the customer, both the return shipment (collection / pick up) and the new shipment of the package.
